What services do you offer?

I offer individual, family/couples, perinatal & postpartum therapy services online. Supervision services for LPCAs seeking LPC licensure hours are also offered as well. My approach is eclectic, integrating evidence-based and culturally sensitive methods to address trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and behavioral concerns.

Do you accept insurance?


Yes, I accept all major insurance plans. I also offer self-pay options for clients who prefer to pay out-of-pocket. Book a 15-min consultation with me to discuss how to get set up with booking an appointment.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or email through two different options. If you are using any major insurance companies, you will book your appointments via my headway profile. If you would like to self-pay, you can contact me via phone, email or the contact form on the website to discuss scheduling. Once you contact us, we’ll find a time that fits your schedule and discuss your goals to match you with the right service.

What should I expect during my first session?

Your first session will focus on understanding your needs and goals. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions about the process, discuss your history, and begin forming a plan tailored to you.

How long are sessions?

Standard therapy sessions are 50–60 minutes, while supervision sessions typically last 1 hour per week. We also offer flexible session lengths when needed.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
